Process Automation
There are tasks your team has been doing every day, the same way, for months. Filling in the same spreadsheet, sending the same reminder, checking the same deadline. None of them calls for human judgement. All of them cost time from people who could be doing something else.
We identify those workflows and automate them end to end.
The problem this solves
In Angolan companies across every sector, the pattern repeats. Tax deadlines tracked in a spreadsheet someone has to open by hand. Monthly reports assembled manually from three different systems. Notifications that depend on somebody remembering to send them.
Each of these tasks looks small on its own. Together they consume hours every week and create risk: a missed deadline, a report sent late, an update that never happened.
How it works
Diagnosis
We map the processes that take up the most time in your operation. We don't ask what you want to automate — we ask where your time disappears.
Implementation
We build the workflow with n8n, API integrations and, where it makes sense, AI agents for the parts that call for some judgement. We test with real data before connecting to your production system.
Results
We follow the first weeks in operation and adjust until the process runs on its own, with no daily intervention.
Real proof
We built a system of automatic tax alerts over WhatsApp, sent twice a day, warning the team about tax obligations approaching their deadline. Before, the tracking depended on someone checking a calendar manually. Now the alert arrives on its own, at the right time, every day.
Who this makes sense for
It makes sense if there are tasks that repeat with the same logic every day or every week, and if those tasks depend on someone remembering to do them. It does not make sense for processes that change constantly or that call for case-by-case judgement — those need a different approach, and we say so in the diagnosis meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change systems in order to automate?
Usually not. We integrate with the systems you already use, via API or webhook.
What if the process changes after it has been automated?
We adjust the workflow. Automation built properly isn't rigid — it can be updated.
How long until it's running?
It depends on how complex the process is. A simple workflow is ready in days, not months.
